Getting Started at Our Dental Practice

We’re currently accepting new patients here at Oak Point Dental, and we strive to make getting started at our dental practice in Allen as easy and convenient as possible. If you’d like to know what to expect at your first visit, fill out your new patient forms ahead of time, or learn about CareCredit financing, then continue reading below on this page. Of course, we’ll gladly answer any questions you might still have; just call our office!

Your First Visit

When you call us to set up your initial appointment, we’ll ask you about your specific needs and wants regarding your dental care. From there, we’ll walk you through what you can expect during this visit, the details of which will naturally vary depending on your circumstances. No matter what, though, our team will warmly greet you the instant you step through our front doors. Once we’ve gathered the necessary paperwork, you’ll meet with Dr. Ahn for a new patient exam. After looking over your mouth, he’ll develop a fully personalized treatment plan to address any oral health issues that he finds.

Patient Forms

Although you can certainly fill out your new patient paperwork in our reception area, we’ve added the option to conveniently complete them ahead of time using the link below. Simply download the forms, print them out, finish them, and bring them with you to our office when it’s time for your appointment. That way, our team can get you checked in and seen by Dr. Ahn much more quickly.

CareCredit Financing

We believe that financial barriers shouldn’t prevent you from accessing the care your smile deserves. That’s why we partner with a reliable financing company called CareCredit, which has helped millions of Americans afford the medical and dental treatments they need. With CareCredit, you can break up your costs into monthly payment plans that span anywhere from six to 36 months. Plus, the majority of these plans have extremely low or even no interest rates attached!
