Get to Know Dr. H. Hailey Ahn

Born in South Korea and raised in New Jersey, Dr. H. Hailey Ahn brings years of experience and a strong work ethic to our practice. On top of having the opportunity to meet and speak with many familiar and new faces every day, she also feels fulfilled in being able to help people achieve their best smiles. She is incredibly grateful to work with the people of our community and beyond, and she looks forward to seeing you at the office while getting you closer to your dental goals.

Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Ever since she could remember, Dr. Ahn’s biggest priority was to find a career where she could help people. Due to a combination of science, art, and hands-on work, dentistry quickly became the top spot on her list of interests and passions. Since then, she’s devoted her career to providing high-quality dental services at every turn, and she also strives to build trust and open communication with her patients to bring them comfort and joy during their visits. Her dream is to serve the community and help as many people as possible to achieve beautiful smiles that are healthy and built to last for many years to come.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Ahn attended Rutgers University before moving on to study at Texas A&M (Baylor) College of Dentistry. After graduating, she went on to complete her General Practice Residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, she’s undergone countless hours of continuing education to refine her expertise and skills, and she continues to receive extensive training through her membership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

Outside Of The Dental Office, What Do You Like To Do?

When she isn’t treating and maintaining pearly whites, Dr. Ahn enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Butter and Kaya. She also loves getting together with friends, traveling, dabbling in photography, playing the piano, and partaking in new social media trends. One fun fact about her: she takes her dog to agility class and hopes to enter them into competitions in the future!
